Shipping  - Delivery

We will ship your order within 48 hours after we receive the order and payment confirmation. All the items shown in the website are in stock: no wait, no backorder, and a faster delivery!

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you a tracking # a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We are not responsible for duty and taxes in your country if you live out of European community.

o   For parcels under 2 kg only

o   Online tracking information is provided by your national mail company (USA-> USPS, Brazil-> Correios, Canada -> Canada Post…)

o   FREE Registered option from $100

o   Average delivery time to Europe  3-5 days

o   Average delivery time to other countries  10-20 days

o   Delivery time is NOT guaranteed, use Colissimo /EMS if you want the goods faster.

o   Shipping rates based upon the weight of the parcel

 

 

• Colissimo / EMS

o   Guaranteed delivery time (3-5 business days) to the following countries: USA , Germany, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdon, Switzerland, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Korea (South).

o   Other countries: Delivery time 5-10 business days

o   Included insurance

o   Tracking information for all countries (we provide the parcel # when the order is shipped)

o   Registered (signature required on delivery)     

o   Shipping rates based upon the weight of the parcel

 

Return policy

Go1 will  allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final. Returned products must be new, never mounted, in original packaging. We will refuse all exchange/refund of mounted or used products.

Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of Go1 error.

Make a return or exchange by mail:
- Please include a copy of your invoice, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:

          * Name
          * Address
          * Phone number
          * E-mail address
          * When, where and by whom the purchase was made
          * Reason for the return
          * Purchase price of the item(s)

- Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, a refund or a bankcard credit.

- Send the package by registered method for your protection and return to:

If you ship from abroad please make custom declaration as “Defective product”, with a $0 value.
Any returned product subject to tax/duty fees will be refused.   

Please note that because Go1 stock changes quickly we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will credit your bankcard for the purchase amount.
